As this is a customised pre-order, your item will be delivered approximatly 5-10 working days after you place your order. This allows us to order items in and print them. All teachers are aware of this turn around time.

If you customise your item to include your dancers name on the back, we apologise but there will be no returns.
If however, you do not customise your item, you are able to return within 14 days providing the item is in the same condition as when it left our store.
